How long do we typically work together?
While progress is assessed quarterly, the journey typically spans a full year. This timeframe allows us to strategically map out your goals, break them down into actionable steps, and establish the systems that will sustain your success over the long haul.

How do I accept clients?

What are the first steps to becoming a client?
For those interested in working together, we start with a quick conversation to understand where you are, what you want to accomplish, and any unique considerations we should keep in mind. If we’re aligned, we’ll follow up with a two-hour deep dive into your goals and the path forward. This session is complimentary, and if it feels like the right fit, we’ll formalize our coaching partnership.

What about the cost?
My approach to cost is simple: it’s about results, not fees. I believe in the value of measurable outcomes. That’s why, instead of traditional upfront costs, I work on a results-based model. We’ll agree on specific, measurable goals at the outset of our engagement, and the cost will be determined by the value of the results we achieve together. If we don’t reach the outcomes we’ve set, you won’t be asked to pay the full fee. It’s a partnership built on trust, accountability, and the commitment to delivering real, tangible success.
